Last Two Weeks

Well the last two weeks have been packed. Here’s a photo overview of what’s happened.

We emptied my mom’s 26 foot Uhaul truck. Some stuff went to my sisters, where my mom is staying, and everything else went to a storage unit. It rained while we emptied the truck into the storage unit, so Kayley got to be in her Pack N Play in the back of the car.

Kayley played guitar with her daddy.

Kayley played with her new to her pop-up toy (it originally belonged to Tim and me).

We got to meet our friend’s new baby, Roman. He’s so cute! It’s hard to imagine Kayley used to be about the same size.

My family celebrated my Grandma’s 90th birthday party! Two of her dear friends even wrote a song for her.

Lots of family came to celebrate.

Kayley had a meltdown in a grocery store, but letting her hold onto an orange the whole time solved that issue. She only gave it back to me when she bit the skin and decided it didn’t taste good.

"Oranges make me happy!"

Kayley: Yuck! This doesn't taste good.

Kayley and I finally got to go back to the zoo, and this time we went with my mom and grandpa. Kayley loved watching the goats. And she thought the gorillas were fun to watch. Though she did get a little worried when the huge silver back walked straight toward us.

Kayley and I went on a Menchies date (frozen yogurt). I had the frozen yogurt, she had some crackers.

I think Kayley was hoping she could have some of what mama was eating

Kayley got to talk to her Grandpa and Grandma V on the phone. She walked all over our place while she babbled at them.

My cousin Kelli gave us some more hand-me-down clothes, including a fairy outfit. Kayley had fun running around the grocery store when Andrew, Kayley and I went on a cookie run.
